Justice minister and SLMC leader Rauff Hakeem visited Doluwa village in Yatinuwara electorate in Kandy district, on Saturday ( 10 ).
He addressed a gathering attended by Sinhala villagers including SLMC candidate for the forth coming central provincial council election, Ms.Pushpa Kodithuwakku,chief candidate Dr.Uwais and few other candidates.
Pushpa Kodithuwakku who is a SLMC member at Yatinuwara pradeshiya sabha is contesting in SLMC for the central provincial council election with two other ladies from Muslim and Tamil communities.
Minister Hakeem also participated at a discussion with Kurukkuthalai villagers,in the kadugannawa area on the same day with regard to the election campaign.
Minister Hakeem has cancelled his visit to puttlam which was scheduled for Sunday ( 11 ) and returned to Colombo following the mosque attack in Grand Pass.
